Presented by the diverse members of The Colchester Movement and Sound Collective.... Shake off the week and connect to your inner essence through movement and sound - a Friday night OUT going IN!

No previous experience required. No right or wrong. Move how you wish. Not a 'dance' class, no steps to learn - a journey through movement and meditation. Different movement/dance practices and exercises designed to get you out of your head and into the body, breath and heart. What to expect: 1. Warm up - Light yoga and stretch 2. Guided Movement Exploration (different each session) 3. Free Dance - Move how you wish to a creative music playlist and live percussion 4. Sound Journey and Relaxation Friday Night MAS ♥ movement and sound guided by a collective of dance and yoga practitioners enriched by beautiful live sounds from Omar Aziz. All welcome!
